Agent Agreement Terms & Conditions

1. Commission Structure
  • Commission will be paid as per the agreed structure
  • Payment will be made within 15 days of booking completion
  • TDS will be deducted as per government regulations
2. Credit Facility
  • Credit limit is subject to approval and verification
  • Credit period: 7 days from booking date
  • Overdue payments will attract 2% monthly interest
  • Credit facility may be revoked for non-compliance
3. Agent Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Follow company pricing and policies
  • Submit required documents on time
  • Maintain professional conduct with customers
4. Company Rights
  • Right to verify all documents and information
  • Right to terminate agreement for violations
  • Right to modify terms with 30 days notice
  • Right to hold payments for disputed transactions
